How to install flash.xpi on the browser (firefox):
1. open firefox browser
2. click file / file -> open the file / open ...
3. search flash.xpi then click ok / open...
...4. click allow then select wait a moment then click install
5. click restart firefox.

How to see if Firefox flashis active or not:
1. open firefox and then open the facebook / yahoo / bebo / myspace etc.
2. login then browserlah to facebook / yahoo / bebo / myspace profile target
3. open your email inbox and see the folder / spam / junk see if there is any password that is not stuck
